These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any lawn care, landscaping, yard clean-up, or snow removal services provided by Lawngevity Lawn Care Inc. (“Lawngevity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms.

Lawngevity provides residential and commercial outdoor services including, but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Landscaping and garden care
• Yard clean-ups
• Lawn rejuvenation
• Snow removal
• Seasonal services

Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed through written estimates or service agreements.

All estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment.

• Estimates may be provided in person, by phone, or online.
• Pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was originally described.
• Additional work outside the original scope will require approval before proceeding.

Service dates are subject to weather conditions, site access, and seasonal demand.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area
• Mark underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards
• Secure pets during service visits
• Remove personal items from work areas

Lawngevity is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, hidden obstacles, or items left in service zones.

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

• Payment may be required upon completion or according to an agreed schedule.
• Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of service.

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in service fees.

We take pride in our work.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us promptly so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.

Lawngevity is fully licensed and insured to perform services in British Columbia. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lawngevity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the affected work.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under British Columbia law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through contact forms.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Lawngevity is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
